WHAT IS NEURO-LINGUISTIC
PROGRAMMING (NLP) ?

Developed in 1975 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP is concerned primarily with identifying, in a non-judgmental way, the behaviours and beliefs you have. NEURO The nervous system through which experience is received and processed.

LINGUISTIC Language and non-verbal communication systems through which neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning.
